By using the Nexion Discord bot (the "bot", with Discord ID 819318402232746035) and adding it to your Discord server, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot. You are also agreeing that all users of your Discord server have agreed to these terms and are following Discord's Terms of Service. You are responsible of the agreeing of your server's users to our legal terms.
Third party
The Nexion Discord Bot uses third party APIs to access specific information such as weather information, images, etc. We do not control the content provided by third party APIs. For any questions regarding these APIs, please direct contact the API provider.
Bot usage
The bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the use of the bot or the information provided by the bot.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot at any time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the bot.
We do not guarantee that the bot will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the bot. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of the bot.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Your continued use of the bot after any changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
You agree that you will not use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the bot.
You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the bot. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the bot (or the servers and networks which are connected to the bot).
You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the bot for any purpose.
You agree that you will not use the bot to send spam, unsolicited messages, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
You agree that you will not use the bot to send any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
You agree that you will not use the bot to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the bot, nor to use the communication systems provided by the bot for any commercial solicitation purposes.
You agree that you will not use the bot to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Discord server has been specifically authorized by us to do so.
You agree that you will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any of our employees or representatives.
You agree that you will not use the bot to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You agree that you will not use the bot to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You agree that you will not use the bot to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
You agree that you will not use the bot to violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.
You agree that you will not use the bot to violate any contractual obligation owed to any person or entity.
You agree that you will not use the bot to violate any other right of any person or entity.
You agree that you will not use the bot to transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
You are solely responsible for your use of the bot and any content you may share using the bot. You must not use the bot in any illegal or unauthorized manner, including but not limited to infringing on any intellectual property rights. When the bot is displaying messages based on user input, you are responsible for the content of those messages.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the bot, and must follow the legal age requirements for using Discord in your country.
If you discover any security vulnerabilities in the bot, you must notify us immediately and refrain from exploiting the vulnerability.
The bot is not affiliated with Discord, Inc. and we do not claim any ownership over any Discord trademarks or logos. You must follow the Discord Terms of Service when using the bot.
What are your responsabilities?
You are responsible for the content you share using the bot
When using the link bypassing command, you are responsible for the content of the link you are trying to bypass. We do not control the content of the links you are trying to bypass. We do not guarantee that the link you are trying to bypass is safe. We use third party APIs to bypass those links, and we do not control the content of those APIs. We also cannot control whether bypassing those links is following the websites' terms of service. As a result, when bypassing a link, you must make sure that you are not breaking any laws or terms of service.
Security
Nexion Bot takes reasonable measures to protect the access to the bot from malicious users.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the bot's login information in the safest places, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining access to the bot. We do not warrant or represent that the bot's login information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If ever a third party obtain access to the bot, we will do our best to remove this access as soon as possible.
